The area's wrestling teams will compete in tournaments this weekend, including Sturgeon Bay's Dirk Sorenson Door County Classic.

Southern Door and Sturgeon Bay will stick around town for the Door County Classic with Menominee Indian, Bay Port, Crivitz, Denmark, Freedom, Gillett/Suring, Iron Mountain, Lena, Little Chute, Marinette, Oconto, Oshkosh North, Oshkosh West, Palmyra-Eagle, Suring, Two Rivers, Valders, Wittenberg-Birnamwood, and Wrightstown. Wrestling begins at 8 a.m.

At 9:30 a.m., Kewaunee will kick off the Deerfield Wrestling Tournament, with Poynette, Brodhead, DeSoto, Jefferson, Kenosha Christian Life, Lake Mills, Madison La Follette, Martin Luther, Menasha, Milwaukee Bradley Technical, Monona Grove, Mount Horeb, Parkview, Random Lake, Stoughton, Sun Prairie East. Waterloo and Waukesha South.

Luxemburg-Casco will head to Pulaski for their tournament with some familiar foes. The Spartans will face the likes of Pulaski, Antigo, Bay Port, Coleman Cougars, Denmark, Elkhorn, Freedom, Hortonville, Kaukauna, New London, Oconto Falls, Peshtigo, Port Washington, Pulaski, Seymour, and West De Pere.
