Clippers soccer drop season opener to Pulaski

The Sturgeon Bay soccer team will have a quick turnaround to get over a 3-1 loss to Pulaski on Tuesday night.

Isaac Schultz provided the bright spot for the Clippers as it opened the match's scoring with a goal to take the lead over the Red Raiders. Goalie Emmett Braschnewitz would get peppered the rest of the night, making four saves as the Clippers were outshot 12-5 on the evening. The Red Raiders scored their goals on tallies by Ryan Drafz and Chase Ambrosius while forcing the Clippers to register one against themselves as well.

The Clippers are back in action against Kewaunee on Thursday.
