Serafico's goals pace Clippers soccer

Sturgeon Bay scored three goals in the second half to win their matchup with Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah.

 

Haley Mersberger scored the game's first goal and the only tally of the first half to give Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah. a 1-0 lead. Mersberger would go on to score another goal in the second half, but she was matched by the Clippers' Scarlet Serafico. Josie Rangel scored the other goal for the Clippers to give Sturgeon Bay the victory with Drew Starr in net to improve to 7-5-2 on the season.

 

The Clippers will play at home Tuesday night against Kiel. They are 16-0-2, pick up one of those draws on Thursday as they played Sheboygan Falls to 2-2 score. 

 

Tuesday's first touch will take place at 6:00 p.m.
