Clippers hit the road to face Thunderbirds

The Sturgeon Bay boys’ basketball team will travel to Iola-Scandinavia on Saturday to take on the Thunderbirds in non-conference play. 

 

Sturgeon Bay is 3-2 in their last five games, however they are coming off of a loss to conference rival Southern Door on Thursday night. The Clippers are looking to bounce back in their last non-conference game of the regular-season. Sturgeon Bay is led by seniors Isaak Aune and Preston Newton who are averaging 14 and 11 points per game respectively. 

 

Iola-Scandinavia is looking to defend their home court against the Clippers on Saturday afternoon, and will look to leading scorer Parker Prahl who leads the Thunderbirds averaging 19 points per game.
