The Sturgeon Bay girls’ basketball team hosted Florence in a non-conference game on Friday night. 

Florence got out of the gates hot and took a 20 point lead in the first half and were able to hold that lead for a 37-17 halftime lead. Sturgeon Bay would hold Florence to 30 second half points and put up 25 for themselves, but the early deficit proved to be too much as Florence would walk away with a road victory by a score of 67-42. 

Sturgeon Bay turns right around to face Southern Door on Saturday in a game that will be broadcast on 103.3 The Clipper.
