Sturgeon Bay's cross country teams held their own on a fast course facing some top-flight large school competition at the Jim Bremser Invitational in Mishicot Thursday.
Julia Kurek paced the girls' team that finished in 11th place with a 5K time of 22:11. That was good for 19th overall. Jace Johnson led the way for the boys' team with a 5K time of 19:19. The boys finished in 15th place with 380 points.
