The Sturgeon Bay Clippers football team went from a bye week to having a game in less than 24 hours it seems.
Head football coach Jim Adams announced early Friday morning that the Clippers would indeed be playing a home game against Bowler/Gresham at 5 p.m.
The Clippers broke their two-game losing streak in rousing fashion last week when they beat Williams Bay 62-6 on the road. The Tigers was scheduled to play Marion/Tigerton Friday night, but that game has apparently been canceled. They enter the game 0-3 on the season, getting outscored in those contests 168-24.
The kickoff is scheduled for 5 p.m.
