Clippers soccer looking to extend winning streak

The Sturgeon Bay Clippers boys soccer team heads to Peshtigo for an opportunity to get to their fourth straight victory. The Clippers come into the game with a 6-2-2 record and coming off of a 9-0 victory over New Holstein/EL-G in which Ben Luders tied the single game goals record for Sturgeon Bay with five. Their opponent, Peshtigo, is trying to regain its early season momentum when they started 4-0. Since then, they’ve gone 2-2, still boasting a 6-2 record, with victories over other area squads Luxemburg-Casco and Kewaunee. Thursday’s game will begin at 4:30 PM.
