Two of the three sets in Sturgeon Bay’s loss to Shawano on Tuesday were decided by three or fewer points. In the first set, Sturgeon Bay lost 25-22 and in the second set, Shawano won 25-19. The match was decided in set three as Sturgeon Bay lost by just two points, 25-23. In the match, Sturgeon Bay’s Cate Anderson had 12 kills and Hannah Sternard had 23 assists. Emma Reichel also collected 20 digs. 

Sturgeon Bay will play Peshtigo on Thursday at home with first serve coming at 7:00 PM. The Clippers will be going for their first win of the season.
