Julia Kurek won her second in a race of the year on Tuesday to lead the way for the Sturgeon Bay girls cross country team.

 

Kurek ran a 22:52 to win the girls' race by approximately 90 seconds over second-place Betsy Lecy of Gibraltar. The Clipper girls were one runner shy of being able to score as a team.

 

Jace Johnson led the way for the boys with a 5K time of 21:29. 

 

Green Bay East, Green Bay West, Providence Academy, and Kewaunee also participated in the races held at Colburn Park in Green Bay.
