With both teams prepping for their regional tournament, Sturgeon Bay was able to get past Kewaunee in three sets. The first set was won 25-17 followed by a 25-18 win in set two. Set three was a tight matchup as the Storm refused to go away. Sturgeon Bay would eventually win 27-25. The Clippers will face Gibraltar on Saturday in their tournament opener. For the Clippers, Hannah Sternard led the team with 9 kills, followed by Emily Ulberg with 6 kills. Lauren Alger had 20 assists.
For Kewaunee, they have a chance to bounce back against Algoma on Friday, who they previously beat in five sets. For Algoma, they are chasing their first win of the season.
