The Sturgeon Bay cross country teams will get their first taste of Colburn Park when they run against Kewaunee and Green Bay East on Tuesday.

The Clippers came in last place on the boys' side while the girls were nipped by Sevastopol at the 2019 Packerland Conference meet, which marks one of the last times they have raced competitively due to the pandemic. The boys were almost as young as you can get with all five of its scoring runners no older than a sophomore. Jace Johnson and Bennet Johnson led the way with sub 21 minute 5K times in last year's sectional meet. The girls possibly welcome back Allison Hobbes and Miranda Olson to the team after they both broke 23 minutes at sectionals. The Clippers graduated only two of its top seven runners last year.

The first race is expected to start at 4 p.m.
