Clippers keep momentum, beat Algoma

Now winners in four of their last five times out on the court, the Sturgeon Bay Volleyball squad swept Algoma on Monday. Sturgeon Bay would win each of the first two sets, 25-16. Algoma would challenge the Clippers in set three, but Sturgeon Bay would finish the job, 25-22. Lauren Alger had a great night passing with 29 assists, Jaden Adams would have 8 kills, and Carley Wodack had a solid defensive night with 22 digs. 

 

Sturgeon Bay is now 4-1 in Packerland Conference play and 6-3 overall this season. They hold a tie for first place in the conference with Sevastopol. The Clippers downed the Pioneers in four sets on March 18th, but will have a second match on April 5th. This also the next matchup for the Clippers on their schedule.
