After a very successful freshman year in track & field, Madelyn stepped away from the sport to pursue other interests. As a freshman hurdler placed 6th in both the 100 and 300-meter hurdles and 4th place as a member of the 4 x 200-meter relay. Madelyn was well on her way to picking up right where she left off and would have been a valuable member of the defending girls conference champs. She will be missed.
