The Sturgeon Bay High School girls basketball team evened their season record at 1-1, winning the home opener 51-32 against Lourdes Academy. Sarah Bridenhagen led the Clippers for a second straight game with 18 points. Ashley Alberts added eight. 

Lourdes Academy falls to 0-3 with other losses to Wild Rose and Xavier. Sturgeon Bay plays again on Monday night against Menominee, from just over the border in Michigan's Upper Peninsula.
