Sturgeon Bay soccer postponed Friday

According to Sturgeon Bay varsity boys soccer coach Todd Maas, Clark Field was not in good enough condition for the Clippers to play their regularly-scheduled game with Gibraltar/Sevastopol. Clark Field was pounded with rain all day Friday and the field was too wet to play by the time the rain had stopped. There is no word yet on whether the game will be made up or not. Sturgeon Bay was supposed to play three days in a row after beating Kewaunee on Thursday 10-0. The Clippers will play a non-conference matchup at Notre Dame on Saturday in a game you can listen to on 103.3 The Clipper and DoorKewauneeHighSchoolSports.com. The pregame show begins at 11:30 AM and kickoff at noon.
