Sturgeon Bay got strong performances from its runners Saturday at the Freedom Invitational.

 

The boys team only had two runners, but both Jace Johnson (46th, 19:49.5)  and Bennet Johnson (67, 21:14.8) were able to finish in the top 70 kids competing.

 

The girls were able to snag 10th place as a team, led by Miranda Olson and Nalani Bicoy each breaking 24 minutes for the 5K course.
