Sturgeon Bay softball advanced with a convincing 9-2 at Lourdes Academy in the opening round of the Division 3 Regionals on Thursday. The big blow of the game came on a three-run home run from Katie Frank. Autumn Hacht had three hits and Melissa Moxon added two to power the Clippers. Erin Haese was the winning pitcher.

The ninth-seeded Clippers will take on number one seed Chilton on Tuesday.
