After dropping game one of a doubleheader 6-4, the Sturgeon Bay Clippers cruised to a 16-1 victory over NEW Lutheran in the second matchup Thursday.

The Blazers were able to finish off their 3-1 advantage in a postponed game to capture the win thanks to a four-RBI day for Sam Meerstein.

The Clippers more than evened the score game two thanks to a six-run second inning and a nine-run fourth inning. Max Bordeau, Jake Schneider, and Trent Ehlers all had two RBI in the second game while Issac Berkley turned in three quality at-bats while collecting a pair of walks. Schneider also added four strikeouts in his three innings pitched.
