Clipper soccer struggles at Freedom

Sturgeon Bay tried to pick up their first victory on Tuesday at Freedom but came up short. The Clippers took a 5-1 loss as their rough non-conference start continues. Sturgeon Bay will now have a week to regroup as their next game will be on Tuesday the 16th at Marinette.

Coach Bob Desotelle said, "Keeper McKenna Gibson had 20 saves and the Clippers had seven shots on goal.  Scoring for the Clippers was Anna Fischer, assisted by Claire Tellstrom."
