If the Sturgeon Bay girls soccer team is able to play their scheduled game on Tuesday, they will be happy to start the season on time, unlike last season. April 26th was the first time the Clippers could get on the field for a real game last year. It was the start of a very successful season as Sturgeon Bay finished at 8-2-3 overall and 6-0 in the Packerland to win the conference title. When the Clippers finally got on the field for their first game, they knocked off Kewaunee by a final score of 5-0.

Sturgeon Bay is scheduled to play their opening game on Tuesday when they travel to Sheboygan Lutheran with the match starting at 4:30 PM. The Clippers are scheduled to begin the season with five straight road games before finally playing their home debut on April 22nd against Green Bay East.
