Sturgeon Bay High School

Road to Madison begins tonight against Cedar Grove-Belgium

In addition to Gibraltar’s matchup against Lena on 105.1 The Viking and Luxemburg-Casco’s battle against Green Bay West on 96.7 WBDK, Sturgeon Bay kicks off its hopes of a state appearance in Madison with the WIAA Playoffs.

Sturgeon Bay stays at home against Cedar Grove-Belgium, which snapped a three-game losing streak with its win over Algoma. Carson Talbert, Mitchell Jackson, and Jake Schneider are all averaging double figures for the Clippers, with Talbert on the doorstep of averaging a double-double with just over nine rebounds a game. The offense flows through Ethan Wonser for Cedar Grove-Belgium, who averages 12.6 points per game and six rebounds a game.
