A pair of softball games are in store for Sevastopol to kick off their week when they welcome NEW Lutheran to Institute on Monday.

In their last time out, the Pioneers were swept by Algoma 7-0 and 14-1. In game one, Adi Sawyer and Kaile Vandenbogart collected the team’s only hits. Leah Schopf took the loss, allowing seven runs — two earned — on 10 hits and two walks while striking out three over six innings. a first-inning RBI single by Brynn Schartner was one of the few bright spots of their game two loss.
