The Sevastopol girls basketball team looks to end its regular season on a high note when it welcomes Peshtigo to Institute on Monday.

Sevastopol was slowed down by Oconto on the road across the bay on Friday night as the Blue Devils were victorious and nearly doubled the Pioneers offense and won in dominant fashion 50-26. The Pioneers have lost three in a row since its 52-25 drubbing of Gibraltar. 

Despite losing to Oconto in its last game, the Bulldogs have won three of their last five games. Skylyn Baxter leads the team with 10.8 ppg as a sophomore while Mya Boettcher and Jadyn Jashinsky each average 7.4 ppg.
