Sevastopol High School

Consistent offense guides Pioneers to win

Sevastopol dropped 26 points in both halves with Luna Ramirez leading the charge dropping 4 three-pointers and 16 points in a 52-25 win over Gibraltar.

The Vikings couldn't find their rhythm in the first and trailed 26-8 at the break. Gibraltar gained momentum in the second half, but the lead was too much as they were again outscored 26-17.

Sevastopol picks up their fourth win on the season and revenge on the Vikings after losing the teams' first matchup this season. The Pioneers have also won two of their last three and head into a Saturday 2 p.m. tip off with top-ranked Kewaunee.

Gibraltar will also draw a tough matchup this week, taking on Crivitz (16-2) Thursday at 7 p.m.
