The Sevastopol Pioneers softball team scored at least two runs in the final three innings of its five-inning 10-0 win over Roncalli in the WIAA Regional Semifinal on Tuesday.

The Pioneers cemented their fate with a five-run fourth inning that saw four base hits, including run-scoring singles from Addison Schauske and Naomi Rikkola. The Pioneers ended the game early in the fifth inning thanks to a solo homer from Brynn Schartner and an RBI single from Leah Schopf. 

Rikkola led offensively, going 3-3 with four RBI and a triple. Schauske added three hits and an RBI while Sadie Rikkola, Schartner, Sienna Cain, Schopf, and Kayla Ranly all tallied at least one hit. 

In five innings of work, Schauske allowed no runs on no hits while retiring eight batters via strikeouts.
