The Sevastopol softball team used 10 hits and seven Blazers errors to win their game against NEW Lutheran on Tuesday by a comfortable 10-2 margin.

The Pioneers' offense scored at least twice in four different innings while Addison Schauske and Lexi Schopf combined for the five hit shutout, striking out seven batters in the process. Naomi Rikkola led all batters with three hits including a double while Kayla Ranly and Schopf also had multi-hit performances. Sophia Rikkola made her strongest contribution of the season as she drove in three runs in the win. Sienna Cain, Taylor Kochanski, and Ella Volkmann also pounded out hits in the win.
