They only had one less hit than their visitors, but five errors doomed the Sevastopol Pioneers baseball team in their 8-0 loss to Oconto Friday night.

The Blue Devils scored in each of the first three innings before giving up three runs in the fifth inning and one more in the sixth inning. A single from Cash Kuehn in the first inning and another single in the fifth inning proved to be the lone bright spots offensively for the Pioneers in the loss. Bo Tanck took the loss on the mound, allowing seven runs (4 ER) on just two hits but six walks while striking out five.
