Sevastopol's Ranly registers 1000th point in win

Kayla Ranly notched her 1000th point and then some in Sevastopol’s 77-39 win over Sturgeon Bay on Thursday.

Ranly entered the game 17 points shy of the milestone and wasted no time getting there with 19 first-half points.

Thanks to a 48-11 advantage at the break, the Pioneers were able to hit cruise control in the second half while the Clippers still battled. Ranly ended her night with 29 points while Ella Volkmann registered 17 points and Naomi Rikkola chipped in 12 points in the Pioneers win. The Clippers were led by Regan Kasten with 15 points and Dasha Yelysheva with 10.
