The Sevastopol Pioneers went from being winless last season to five-win campaign this year after beating Gillett 44-14 Thursday night in Institute.
Logan Schuh commanded the offense with over 320 yards through the air and on the ground, contributing to four touchdowns. Aiden Isaksen was on the receiving end of Schuh's three passing touchdowns as he compiled 160 yards on seven catches. The Pioneers showed balance in their rushing attack as well with Bo Tanck and Chase Haberli adding 64 and 58 yards on the ground in addition to Schuh's 77.
The Pioneers will now wait to see if five wins is enough to make the playoffs when the bracket is announced on Saturday.
