The Sevastopol Pioneers boys' basketball team found themselves down big and could not come back in its 71-44 loss to Peshtigo on Saturday.

The Bulldogs jumped out to a 43-19 lead and never looked back, though the Pioneers were able to play better after the break, being outscored by just three points in the second half. 

Lucas Delsart led the Pioneers with 18 points and Norman Luedtke chipped in eight points in the loss. The Pioneers defense had no answers for the Bulldogs' Dominik Baxter, who knocked down nine three-pointers en route to a 43 point evening.
