The Sevastopol girls' basketball team will play an early 6 p.m. tip on Tuesday when Oneida Nation comes to the Institute.

The Pioneers have not played since losing to Kewaunee 47-33 on December 21st. Naomi Rikkola tried to keep the Pioneers in the game and tallied 26 points, but only two other players scored for Sevastopol, with Kayla Ranly adding five points and Libby Ash two.

The Thunderhawks emphatically snapped their two-game losing streak as they closed out the Gresham Holiday Tournament with a 54-13 win over St. Thomas Aquinas. Jaylyn Caldwell poured in 24 points, and Mariah Cloud added 14 points in the Thunderhawks win.
