Pioneers' hot shooting leads them past Raiders

On Monday night, the Sevastopol Pioneers girls' basketball team was not short on firepower as they beat Two Rivers 58-24.

 

The Pioneers hit six three-pointers in the first half, building a 39-9 advantage at the break. Kayla Ranly did her damage in the first half, scoring 15 of her team-high 22 points in the opening stanza. Naomi Rikkola scored 20 points in the game, 14 of which came in the first half. 

 

The Raiders fought back in the second half, with Kaylee Jensen scoring all of her team-high eight points in the second half.
