Sevastopol got their game with Gillett to within four points in the third quarter before succumbing to the Tigers 51-30.
The game got off to an ominous start with the Tigers scoring three unanswered touchdowns on passes thrown by Jesse DeBauch to make it 21-0 before Logan Schuh found Landon Frank for the Pioneers' first score of the game. The Pioneers would begin their come back in the third quarter down 28-8 with two unanswered touchdowns by Schuh and Alex Andreae to make it 28-24. The Tigers would answer the call however, capped off by a pick-six of Schuh to put the game out of reach. Frank's 43-yard gallop in the fourth quarter capped off the scoring for the Pioneers. The team rushed for more than 230 yards and three scores on the evening.
