The Sevastopol Pioneers have rebounded after a small mid season slide, and will look to continue that success when they take on the NEW Lutheran/Providence Academy Blazers Friday afternoon. 

The Pioneers took care of business when they traveled to Kewaunee last Friday, making it a week since Sevastopol played a game. Sitting at 11-4 overall and 7-3 in the Packerland Conference, Sevastopol is one game ahead of the Southern Door Eagles, who they split a doubleheader with earlier in the season. 

NEW Lutheran has had a rough go of things so far this season, as they are losers of six of their last seven games. The Blazers are 3-9 overall and 2-6 in the Packerland Conference, and have been outscored by 40 runs in those eight conference games. NEW Lutheran was blanked by Sevastopol in both games the two teams played last season, with the Pioneers winning 10-0 and 12-0.
