The Sevastopol Pioneer girls’ basketball team traveled to Kewaunee on Friday night to take on the Storm in a Packerland Conference matchup. 

The game was a battle back and forth but in the end it was Kewaunee who would come out victorious winning by a final score of 46-45. The Storm have now earned back-to-back conference wins and are looking to continue their winning ways as they enter their final two contests of the regular season. 

The loss for the Pioneers evened their series on the season as Sevastopol took the first meeting at home, and ended up falling by 1 on the road. The Pioneers have two chances to bounce back as they too have just two more regular season games on the schedule before getting into post-season play. 

The Pioneers will be in action again on Monday as they get set to take on Green Bay N.E.W Lutheran.
