Sevastopol High School's volleyball team came up just short against NEW Lutheran on Tuesday night. The host Pioneers lost in five sets 25-23, 17-25, 14-25, 25-18, 10-15. 

Mya Ploor was the primary offensive threat racking up 20 kills. Rebekah Andreae added 12 kills and six blocks from the front court. Sasha Laaksonen dished up 39 assists. Defensively Sam Differt had 18 digs.

Sevastopol falls to 0-6 in the Packerland Conference but the Pioneers have had a lot of success in non-conference play including a win at the Algoma Invitational earlier this year.
