The Sevastopol baseball team got off to a great start against Southern Door on Tuesday but could not hold their lead in the end. The Pioneers led 4-0 after three innings and 6-1 after the top of the sixth. Southern Door would score four in the sixth and then walk it off in the seventh. Derik LeCaptain's single drove home the winning run for the Eagles.

Jaden Sawyer had two hits to lead the Pioneers. Robby Polman pitched the first four innings for Sevastopol and only allowed one run and struck out five. 

Sevastopol will head up to Gibraltar on Thursday with the first pitch coming at 5 PM.
