The Luxemburg-Casco girls golf team took on staunch competition Monday at Oneida Golf Club for the Notre Dame Triton Classic, taking 12th overall.
The Spartans shot a score of 396, 10 strokes outside the Top 10 that included Bay Port's score of 337 to lead all teams.
The Spartans were led by Reese Bandow, who shot a score of 88 to finish tied for 16th place. Brielle Snowberry was one stroke behind her teammate to finish tied for 18th along with five other golfers.
