Luxemburg-Casco puts its unbeaten streak on the line against Freedom on Tuesday as they take to the pitch at VFW Park for a Northeastern Conference soccer match.
The Spartans' Wilmer Castellanos scored a goal with three minutes to go in the match to extend the Spartans' winning streak to four with a 2-1 victory over Clintonville. Connor Hart opened the scoring 12 minutes in when Grant Heurkens found him for the goal to make it 1-0. The Truckers leveled the score when Mario Ramirez found the back of the net in the 63rd minute before Castellanos' heroics in the 77th minute. Carson Koller made two saves in the win for Luxemburg-Casco.
The Irish have their own unbeaten streak on the line, which includes a 9-1 win over Denmark in their NEC opener. They have outscored their opponents 27-2 in their three matches.
Kickoff is set for 5:30 p.m.
