The Luxemburg-Casco girls’ soccer team is preparing to host the Sturgeon Bay Clippers this Thursday. 

The Spartans are riding a four-game win streak, most recently taking down Clintonville 8-0. Leading the way for the Spartans were Emi Kuhn and Aaliyah Wallace with three goals apiece; Kilee Barbiax and Maggie Pravechek scored a goal of their own. 

The Clippers are also riding a hot streak, having won their past three games. The Clippers' last outing saw them beat Peshtigo 8-0. Jericha Reynolds led the Clippers with three goals, followed by Makenna Coyhis with two. Miya Nell, Claire Quarderer, and Barba Alberti each scored a goal of their own. Behind the net for Sturgeon Bay was Prudence Goettelman, saving the lone shot sent her way. 

The kick-off is at 4:00 p.m.
