Three errors proved costly for the Spartans, opening the door for all five Brillion runs. Alayna Deprez and Gracie Jandrin each went 2-for-3 to lead the offense, and Karsyn Walczyk drove in two runs, but the comeback fell one run short.

Luxemburg-Casco falls to 19-4 and hosts Mosinee in a doubleheader Thursday with games at 4:30 and 6 p.m.
