The Luxemburg-Casco softball team is in the batting cage as they’re preparing for a quad this Saturday at Memorial Park. The Spartans will be met there by Marinette, New London, and Seymour. 

The Spartans aim to bounce back from a 5-4 loss to Denmark. Alayna Deprez led the team offensively by going 2 for 3 with an RBI. Seven other Spartans recorded a hit, while Stella Schleis, Karsyn Walyczyk, and Jasmine Jandrin each drove in a run.

The Spartans will have to face New London on Diamond One; the first pitch is at 10:00 a.m., and then they will face Seymour on Diamond Three at noon.
