Luxemburg-Casco and Ashwaubenon played to a 1-1 draw in a nonconference girls soccer match Thursday.

Ashwaubenon opened the scoring in the 70th minute on a goal by Lily Paprocki. Luxemburg-Casco answered five minutes later, as Laney Jauquet found the net in the 75th minute to even the match.

Both teams received strong performances in goal. Luxemburg-Casco’s Teagan Gunderson recorded nine saves, while Ashwaubenon goalkeeper Sawyer Overly also finished with nine stops.

Luxemburg-Casco returns to the field Friday for a Northeast Conference matchup at Denmark.
