The Luxemburg-Casco softball team is preparing for Thursday as it is set to host the Waupaca Comets.

 

The Comets aim to bounce back from a 13-3 loss to Winneconne.

 

The Spartans look to build off a 15-2 victory over Oconto Falls in their season opener. Luxemburg-Casco benefited from seven errors committed by Oconto Falls and recorded 11 hits. Baylee Wypiszenski handled pitching duties, allowing just two runs on four hits while striking out five.

 

First pitch is at 4:30 p.m.
