The Luxemburg-Casco girls basketball team took a 29-14 halftime lead and grew it more in the second half of a 56-28 win over Clintonville on Tuesday.

Karsen Walczyk led the assault in the opening frame, scoring nine of her 13 points. After the break, Alana Mrotek knocked down a trio of threes en route to a 12 point performance while Chloe Host finished off a team-high performance of 14 points with eight points in the second half. 

The Spartans are back in action on Thursday when they host Oconto Falls on 104.1 WRLU.
