Luxemburg-Casco exploded for eight goals Tuesday night, defeating Little Chute 8-1 in North Eastern Conference action.

The Spartans scored five times in the first half to take full control and added three more in the second to secure the lopsided win. 

Little Chute’s lone goal came early in the second half, but Luxemburg-Casco’s attack continued to pressure and find the back of the net throughout.

With the win, the Spartans improve to 6-9-1 overall and 3-3-1 in conference play, sitting fifth in the North Eastern standings. Little Chute drops to 2-12 overall and 0-7 in conference.

Luxemburg-Casco will close out the regular season on Friday at Algoma (8-5-3, 6-3-1 Packerland) with kickoff set for 4 p.m.
