The annual “Battle of the LCs” will add another chapter when Luxemburg Casco hosts Little Chute under the Thursday night lights on 104.1 WRLU. 

The Spartans come into action undefeated, having beaten Two Rivers last Friday, 35-7.  Brayden Loritz scored a pair of touchdowns in the first half before Luxemburg Casco’s offense erupted in the second half with a pair of 80+ yard touchdown plays. Tatem Klaubauf caught an Eli Derenne pass and went the distance on LC’s first play of the third quarter. Next time out, Cam Dorner went 86 yards for a score. Mason Trimberger also found the endzone, on an interception that he returned for a score.  

Little Chute is also riding a winning streak, having won its last six games, including a 49-0 victory over Sheboygan Falls last week.  The Mustangs got most of their success on the ground in that win, combining for 360 rushing yards as a team, with 6 scores in the rushing attack. Running Back Reece Joten scored three of those touchdowns.
