The Luxemburg-Casco volleyball team is gearing up for this Saturday, when they will be in Neenah for an invitational tournament. Other schools being invited are Appleton East, De Pere, Kimberly, Manitowoc Lincoln, Middleton, Notre Dame Academy, Oconomowoc, Stevens Point Area Senior, and Sun Prairie West. In the Spartans' last outing, they hosted Marinette and won 3-0. The Spartans recorded a total of 35 kills, led by Claire Scheis with 9, Ali Jansen and Eliana Muelleer each with 6, Ana Wolfert with 2, Alayna Deprez and Caitlin Price with 1. The Spartans also served 12 aces, with Kristen Wendricks leading the team with 3. Aubrey Frey, Danica Bartels, and Alayna Deprez each contributed 2 aces, while Rylan Kaminski, Stella Schleis, and Alayna Herkens each added 1.
