The Luxemburg-Casco volleyball will try to win both of their NEC matches this week when they face Little Chute on Thursday night.

The Spartans are coming off of a 3-1 win over Freedom on Tuesday with extra points need to settle three of the four sets. The Spartans garnered the win 26-24, 25-17, 26-28, 26-24. Leading the way for the Spartans were led Alayna Deprez (53 assists, 23 digs), Aubrey Frey (34 kills, 17 digs, 3 blocks), Ali Jansen (8 kills), and Rylan Kaminski (24 digs, 2 aces). Head coach Jeff Frey was highly complimentary of the Irish after the match, saying that it was an absolute battle and that their opponents came ready to play. " It was a grind all night, and I am extremely proud of the grit we showed tonight," Frey added.

The Spartans improved to 19-7 overall with a 4-0 mark in the NEC. They play in Little Chute on Thursday at 7 p.m.
